1. Introduction

Welcome to Hooplo. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of refurbished mobile phones ("Products") from us. By using our website or purchasing any Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms comply with UK consumer protection laws.

2. Purchase and Ownership

2.1 Outright Purchase: All Products available on our website are sold on an outright purchase basis. We do not offer financing, installment plans, or rental options.

2.2 Product Availability: All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any Product we supply or to discontinue any Product without prior notice.

2.3 Order Cancellation by Hooplo: We reserve the right to cancel any new order within 48 hours of placement. If we decide to cancel your order, we will notify you by email or phone, and the payment will be cancelled so that you are not charged. If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued immediately to your original payment method.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing: All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT unless otherwise specified. We strive to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any Product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.

3.2 Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods as listed on our website, including major credit and debit cards. Your order will not be processed until payment has been received.

4. Delivery

4.1 Delivery Time: We aim to deliver Products within 2-3 days, but delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any delays in delivery, but we will keep you informed if there are any expected delays.

4.2 Free Shipping: Shipping is free for all orders within the UK. There are no additional charges for delivery.

4.3 Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to the Product passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 30-Day Free Returns: You have the right to return any Product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The Product must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging.

5.2 Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact support@hooplo.co.uk to receive a return authorisation. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the Product. We will cover the return shipping costs within the UK.

5.3 Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned Product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Warranty

6.1 12-Month Limited Warranty: All Products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty that protects against manufacturer defects and faults. The warranty period begins on the date of delivery.

6.2 Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover accidental damage, theft, loss, or any damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorised repair, or alteration of the Product.

6.3 Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, please contact support@hooplo.co.uk with proof of purchase and a description of the fault. We will assess the claim and, if approved, will repair or replace the Product at no cost to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Exclusion of Liability: Hooplo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or the purchase or use of any Product.

7.2 Maximum Liability: Our maximum liability to you under these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the purchase price of the Product.
