Returns Policy:
Hooplo allows customers 30-days to return their phones if they change their mind. Please email us on support@hooplo.co.uk with your order reference if you wish to return your phone.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, and the refund will be made to your original method of payment.

Hooplo provides a 12-month limited warranty for refurbished phones purchased from our store.

This Warranty covers only manufacturer defects and does not extend to accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorised repairs. Please read the terms & conditions for further detail.
